• Contact with us for a time to meet. We usually can meet with you within 24 hours after initial contact. Meeting can be held in various ways, face to face, telephone, Skype, Wechat, WhatsApp, Facebook, you name it.
• During the initial meeting, our RCIC will attend and listen your story/expectation. Of course, we take notes and answer questions.
• Preliminary Assessment will be done within our office. We may ask you more questions.
• An agreement will be provided and review with you before signing.
• Application, including forms and supporting documents, will be carefully prepared and reviewed by our team;
• A detailed application review will be conducted by the leading RCIC;
• A review comment/request for additional document letter will be prepared and sent to your by our team;
• The RCIC will review the formal Application before submission;
• Monitor your application
